The Township and Historical Society are working together on a project to recognize Lovells Township Veterans. The names will be posted on a wall of honor in the Township Hall and a more detailed catalog will be available in the Schoolhouse Museum.
If you are a veteran or have information on a deceased service member we would be proud to include your information in this project. Please send us your branch of the military and years served (USMC 1967-1973), a short paragraph or two describing duties, decorations, achievements, humorous stories or notable experiences. A picture of the veteran while in the service would also be appreciated. We would also like to include a photo of the vet in later life if one can be provided. Please only copies of photos–we cannot guarantee they will be returned.
